Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You must complete selfie and government-ID verification and be approved before matching or messaging.

2. Your voyage community

Profiles are scoped to your cruise line, ship, and sailing date. Misrepresenting your sailing to access another community is grounds for removal.

3. Acceptable use

• Be yourself. One account per person; no impersonation.
• No harassment, hate, explicit unsolicited content, scams, spam, or commercial solicitation.
• No unlawful behavior of any kind, on or off the ship.
• Meet only in public areas onboard and follow your cruise line's code of conduct.

4. Safety tools and moderation

You can report, block, or unmatch anyone at any time. We review reports with human moderators and may warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts. Safety decisions are final and made at our sole discretion.

5. Subscriptions and premium

Free accounts include a daily like limit. Premium adds unlimited likes, see-who-liked-you, advanced filters, and priority deck placement. iOS subscriptions are billed through Apple, are auto-renewing unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal, and are managed in your Apple Account settings. Any web-based payments are processed by Stripe. Cancel anytime; premium remains active until the end of the paid period.

6. Content and license

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display it as needed to operate the service. Do not post content you have no right to share.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or threaten user safety. You may delete your account at any time from the app or via our deletion page; see our Privacy Policy for what deletion removes.

8. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee matches, dates, or uninterrupted availability (ship Wi-Fi is what it is). To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
